We offer a 14 day refund policy. You will have 14 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return.

Please note, to be eligible for a refund the product must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused and unworn, with the tags still attached and in the original packaging.

To return a product, it is essential that you contact us via email at mondaze.uk@outlook.com. Once your return request is accepted, we will send you the return address and further details of your refund status. Please note, refunds will only be considered if we receive an email. Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds on sale items.

If you are unsatisfied with the way in which your item arrived, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Email us at mondaze.uk@outlook.com and we will amend the issue as quickly as possible. Obviously, we would never sell products in a state we are dissatisfied with; however, we acknowledge that damage during postage and dispatch may, on occasion, occur.

All items will be shipped in 3-5 working days at a cost of £2.50.

Alternatively, if the shipping address is in a 5-mile radius of our HQ in Mount Hawke, Cornwall, we offer a delivery service (we will deliver your goods by hand). This will also cost £2.50, and will usually take 1-2 business days, but could be subject to increase depending on the volume of orders we are processing.
